Korean partner returns for home International Crown

Korean financial services company Pepper Savings Bank has agreed a deal to sponsor the International Crown, a leading event on the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Tour.

This year’s International Crown is scheduled for October 4-7 at Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea in Songdo, Incheon City. It will mark the first time the event has been held outside of the US.

Pepper Savings Bank will serve as an official ambassador partner of the event, which marks the highest sponsor level for the tournament. The company has been named as the event’s exclusive financial sponsor and official savings bank. Pepper Savings Bank was also a partner of the event in 2016.

Pepper Savings Bank chief executive Matthew Chang said: “This is a great opportunity to promote the brand and value of Pepper Savings Bank and communicate directly with customers.”

The International Crown is contested by eight national teams of four players, with the US having won the last event in 2016.
