J.P. Morgan extends backing of squash showpiece

Global financial services firm J.P. Morgan has renewed its title sponsorship of the Tournament of Champions, a leading event on the Professional Squash Association’s (PSA) World Tour.

The new three-year agreement will cover the 2018 to 2020 editions of the event, which will continue to be known as the J.P. Morgan Tournament of Champions.

The Tournament of Champions has also signed a three-year extension to its partnership with financial services company Lexington Partners, the event’s longest-standing major sponsor. The company will retain its position as a gold sponsor of the event.

The Hospital for Special Surgery, a diamond sponsor, has returned to back the 2018 edition of the tournament, along with silver sponsors S&P Global and Comcast Universal. SL Green Reality Corp has signed on as a new silver sponsor.

The 2018 Tournament of Champions runs from January 18-25 at New York’s Grand Central Terminal.
