Hannover 96 seeks to exit Bundesliga’s 50+1 model

Hannover 96 is set to become the fourth Bundesliga football club to break away from the German Football League’s (DFL) strict 50+1 ownership model after its supervisory board voted to sell 51 per cent of its shares to president Martin Kind.
