German Handball Bundesliga club SC Magdeburg has extended its partnership with local energy company GETEC, its main sponsor.
The new two-year deal will cover the 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons.
GETEC’s branding will continue to feature on the front of SC Magdeburg’s shirts as part of the agreement. The company also holds naming rights to the club’s GETEC Arena home.
SC Magdeburg finished the 2017-18 Bundesliga season in fourth place. GETEC has been a partner of the club since 2001 and began sponsoring its home arena in 2011.
