Persian-language broadcast group GEM TV has secured the exclusive rights to the Baku 2015 European Games multi-sport event in Iran.
GEM TV will make action from the inaugural championships available on a free-to-air basis across its Yahsat, Nilesat and Hotbird channels.
Baku 2015 has also secured broadcast rights agreements outside of Europe in the Americas, India, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and the Middle East.
The event takes place in the Azerbaijani capital from June 12-28.
