Australian pay-television broadcaster Foxtel has extended a rights partnership with US wrestling organisation WWE.
The new deal will take the two parties’ relationship into its 18th year.
Foxtel will broadcast WWE’s flagship Raw and Smackdown shows, as well as pay-per-view events including WrestleMania and SummerSlam.
Foxtel’s Fox8 channel will continue to show Raw live at 10am on Tuesdays and Smackdown live at 10am on Wednesdays. All WWE specials will be available live through the pay-per-view Main Event channel. All programmes will also be available on demand.
