ESPN makes senior appointments for international business

International sports broadcaster ESPN has made a series of changes to its senior management team for its global business.

Mike Morrison, who has led ESPN’s various businesses in the Asia-Pacific region since 2008, will now move to the role of vice-president of business development.

Tim Bunnell, currently senior vice-president of international programming, production and marketing, will add regional responsibilities to his functional roles and oversee ESPN businesses in China and North Asia.

Meanwhile, Charly Classen will expand his role to vice-president and general manager of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Australia/New Zealand, having previously managed ESPN’s business in the EMEA region.
