Dortmund, Leipzig sign new deals, Mainz extends with partner

Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig have agreed new partnerships with health insurance firm IKK classic and property company Vicus Group, respectively, while rival German Bundesliga football club Mainz has extended a deal with mobile communications specialist W.E.S Kommunikation.

Dortmund opted not to disclose the length of its multi-year deal with IKK classic, but did confirm that the partnership will begin with the 2017-18 season.

IKK classic will offer its services to staff at Dortmund and also work with the club on its training camps for children and young people.

Meanwhile, under its deal with RB Leipzig, Vicus Group will continue to benefit from a branding presence on various surfaces inside the team’s Red Bull Arena home.

Vicus Group will also have a presence on the club’s official website. Terms of the new deal were not disclosed.

Elsewhere, Mainz has extended its partnership with W.E.S Kommunikation for the 2017-18 season.

Mainz fans will continue to have access to a range of special mobile phone offers through W.E.S. This arrangement has been in place since the 2016-17 campaign.
