The China Sports Media agency has secured new media rights to the East Asian Football Federation’s 2017 E-1 Championship, which will take place in Japan in December.
CSM has secured rights to the national team tournament throughout mainland China, with the men’s and women’s events to take place alongside each other.
China will take part in both tournaments, alongside the host nation, South Korea and North Korea.
CSM will also act in a commercial capacity to aid the sponsorship programme for the tournaments. South Korea is the reigning men’s champion, while North Korea is the women’s title-holder.
