The Cardiff Blues Welsh Pro 14 rugby union club has entered into a partnership with Italian sportswear manufacturer Macron.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it was confirmed that Macron will serve as the team’s technical sponsor from the 2018-19 season.
Macron, which replaces rival Canterbury in the role, will provide playing kit and leisurewear to the Blues’ senior side, ladies team and all other age groups.
Macron has similar deals in place with Pro14 teams Edinburgh Rugby, Glasgow Warriors and the Scarlets, as well as Italy’s national side.
