Bayern, Bremen sign up new partners

Bayern Munich has agreed a new partnership with eye care company Ursapharm, while rival German Bundesliga football club Werder Bremen has secured a deal with online betting operator Betway.

Ursapharm’s agreement with Bayern will run for three years, covering the 2017-18 to 2019-20 seasons.

The company will provide its Hylo Eye Care product to Bayern players and also work with the club on a cross-media campaign to promote the product and the importance of eye care to its fans.

Meanwhile, Bremen’s deal with Betway will also run for a period of three years, from the 2017-18 season to 2019-20.

Betway will serve as the team’s official betting partner in a move that will mark its entrance into the top-tier Bundesliga market.

The firm already has similar partnerships in place with second-tier clubs Dynamo Dresden, Eintracht Braunschweig, St. Pauli and Union Berlin.
