Bayer Leverkusen picks up new sleeve sponsor

German Bundesliga football club Bayer 04 Leverkusen has signed a shirt sponsorship deal with Swiss fitness and weight training specialist Kieser Training.

The three-year deal covers the 2018-19 to 2020-21 seasons and grants Kieser Training brand exposure on the left sleeve of Leverkusen’s shirts.

Kieser Training is headquartered in Zurich and operates 114 stores in Germany.

Michael Antonopoulos, chief executive and co-owner of Kieser Training, said: “This is a unique opportunity to associate our sporting concept with such a successful club and to further extend the use of weight training. We are looking forward very much to a long-term and successful partnership.”

Kieser Training replaces property management company Westminster-Gruppe as Leverkusen’s sleeve sponsor.
