Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A football club Atlético Paranaense has signed a sponsorship deal with Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency firm Inoovi.
The length of the deal, which will provide Inoovi with exposure on the club’s kit, was not disclosed.
Atlético said that Inoovi’s ‘IVI’ cryptocurrency, which has been created exclusively for the sports market, can be used in player transfers.
Owners of IVI cryptocurrency will benefit from trips to training sessions, player meet-and-greets, VIP access at matches, signed products and discounted match tickets.
