German public-service broadcasters ARD and ZDF have acquired rights for the Germany national team’s games at the 2015 EuroBasket men’s international basketball tournament.
ARD and ZDF signed the deal with Fiba, basketball’s global governing body.
The deal will cover Germany’s group stage games against Iceland, Serbia, Turkey, Italy and Spain. Coverage will be split between ARD and ZDF.
Should Germany progress to the latter stages of the tournament, any additional games will be broadcast on ARD or ZDF subject to tip-off time.
