Argentinean rugby union legend Agustin Pichot, a World Rugby Council member, is heading up the creation a new national team competition for the Americas, based on the European Six Nations model. Pichot gave Elisha Chauhan an update on plans and its commercial structure, while also dismissing the possibility of Argentina bidding to host the Rugby World Cup in 2023.
