Jack Kelly, Olympic sports administrator and consultant who was also Goodwill Games president, lost his two-year battle with cancer on Wednesday.

The International Equestrian Federation (FEI) has re-opened the bidding process for its 2018 World Equestrian Games, following Canada’s financial shortcoming to host the event.
