The Beijing Organising Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (BOCOG) has signed Yuanfudao Online Education as a second-tier Official Sponsor of Beijing 2022.
Yuanfudao will work with BOCOG to promote “the professional advantages of online education” and develop courses to support the Olympic curriculum. In particular, the e-brand will help young people learn more about winter sports.
BOCOG said it will build a display platform for Yuanfudao and help the brand activate the benefits brought by the Winter Olympics brand.
Li Xin, the co-founder of Yuanfudao, said participation in the Beijing Winter Olympics would also provide wider recognition for the online education industry. The Chinese sector is only a decade old and now provides more that 200 million primary and secondary education students with online courses and services.
Up to now, BOCOG has signed 31 sponsorship companies. Ten top-tier Official Partners have been signed, including: Bank of China, Air China, Yili Group, ANTA, China Unicom, Shougang Group, CNPC, Sinopec Group, State Grid, and PICC Group.
Nine Official Sponsors have been signed, including: Tsingtao Beer, Yanjing Beer, Jinlongyu, Shunxin, Cultural Investment Holdings, Beijing Beiao Group, Heng Yuan Xiang, Qi An Xin, and Yuanfudao.
Six Official Exclusive Suppliers have been signed: EF Education First, iFLYTEK, China Post, Hylink, Snickers, and Hongyuan Group; and six Official Suppliers have been signed, namely: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Suirui Group, Kingsoft Office, 1rock Technology, BGCTV, and HBTN.
