WTCR enters Middle East with Bahrain, Saudi race deals

The World Touring Car Cup (WTCR) has today (Thursday) ended uncertainty over the remainder of its 2022 calendar by announcing that its first events in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia will conclude the campaign.

The motor-racing series will enter the Middle East for the first time, with the Race of Bahrain scheduled to take place from November 10-12 as part of the World Endurance Championship (WEC) 8 Hours of Bahrain weekend, and the Race of Saudi Arabia night race event following from November 25-27.
