The International Table Tennis Federation has announced this year’s World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals will take place as planned in the Chinese city of Chengdu, between Sunday 17 and Tuesday 26 April.
In conjunction with the Chinese Table Tennis Federation and the local organising committee, the ITTF has confirmed the event will go ahead despite ongoing concerns regarding the omicron variant of Covid-19.
