English Super League rugby league outfit Warrington Wolves has unveiled domestic appliances manufacturer Hoover as its new principal sponsor.

The initial two-year deal names Hoover as Warrington’s main shirt sponsor. The company will also benefit from brand exposure throughout Halliwell Jones Stadium and on the club’s digital platforms.

Warrington said the deal marks “one of the most significant in the club’s history”. The deal has been signed after Hoover recently opened offices and a showroom in Warrington.

Warrington finished fourth in Super League last season and also lifted the Challenge Cup with an 18-4 victory over St Helens at Wembley.
