Subscription streaming platform Viaplay has offered to compensate customers in Poland and pledged to upgrade its infrastructure following fresh issues concerning its coverage of sports events.
At the weekend viewers of English Premier League and German Bundesliga football matches raised complaints over picture quality and lack of sound. In an effort to address this, Viaplay has offered customers who experienced problems a 25-per-cent discount off their next monthly subscription payment.
