GACP Sports, a subsidiary of Miami-based private equity firm General American Capital Partners (GACP), has sold its stake in Ligue 1 club FC Girondins de Bordeaux to co-investor King Street Capital Management.

GACP Sports is run by American businessman Joseph DaGrosa, who in November 2018 led a $114m takeover of Bordeaux from French media company M6, which had owned the club since 1999.
