UIPM submits proposals for more broadcast-friendly Paris 2024 formats

Global modern pentathlon federation, UIPM, has submitted proposals to introduce new more broadcast-friendly formats for the Paris 2024 summer Olympics.

The federation has applied to the IOC for the introduction of a third medal event, a Mixed Relay, and also wants to introduce a new showpiece format that will enable spectators to watch all its five disciplines in one 90-minute sitting.
