The Ultimate Fighting Championship has announced that its much-hyped "Fight Island" will be located on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island, a popular tourist destination in the Middle East.
The island location has been chosen to help promote international athletes who are unable to travel to the United States in the wake of the global Covid-19 pandemic. UFC has already staged a number of events in the US in the past few weeks.
