Uefa ‘warns UK and Ireland’ to finalise Euro 2028 hosting guarantees

European football’s governing body Uefa is said to have warned the leaders of the UK and Ireland’s joint bid to host Euro 2028 that it is concerned at delays in providing guarantees on various issues, including possible naming rights for Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
