Uefa issues fines totalling €172m to eight clubs for breaching FFP rules

European football’s governing body Uefa has fined eight clubs, including Paris Saint-Germain and a quartet of heavyweight Italian clubs, a total of €172m ($172.3m) for breaching Financial Fair Play (FFP) requirements.
