Super Kings and Royals recommended for two-year bans in IPL corruption scandal

A panel established by India’s Supreme Court has today (Tuesday) recommended the suspension of leading Indian Premier League (IPL) franchises Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals for a period of two years, in the wake of the spot-fixing scandal that hit the 2013 edition of the Twenty20 cricket competition.
