Formula One outfit Scuderia AlphaTauri has recruited Lars Stegelmann to the newly created position of head of commercial.
Stegelmann, most recently head of the commercial department at motor sports promoter ITR, will lead the team’s global sponsorship acquisitions. ITR was recently dissolved after being replaced by the General German Automobile Club (ADAC) as the promoter of the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters touring car series.
