Sportainment, the parent company of German pay-TV broadcaster Sportdigital Fussball, has launched a free sports channel on Ghana's HD+ satellite platform as it looks to take its round-the-clock football concept to new markets.
The Scooore channel will have live English-language rights to one German Bundesliga match per week and action from the DFB-Pokal, Liga Portugal, Argentinian Primera División and Copa Argentina through a combination of sublicensing deals with rights-holders and agencies.
