Spanish court ‘launches probe’ into Saudi Supercopa deal

A court in the municipality of Majadahonda is reported to have opened an investigation into the role of Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) president Luis Rubiales and Gerard Piqué, captain of FC Barcelona and co-founder of the Kosmos agency, in the long-term deal for Saudi Arabia to host the Supercopa de España club competition.
