Spain’s competition watchdog, the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC), has ordered Telefónica to alter the terms of its agreement with OTT subscription broadcaster DAZN so that it complies with terms outlined following the telco’s acquisition of DTS in 2015.
