Manchester United receives second-round bids from Sheikh Jassim, Zilliacus

Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani and Thomas Zilliacus have joined Sir Jim Ratcliffe in submitting second-round bids for English Premier League football club Manchester United, according to multiple reports.
