The National Basketball Association's San Antonio Spurs set a league regular-season attendance record with 68,323 in attendance at the Alamodome for the team's game against the Golden State Warriors on January 13.

The game was held in celebration of the Spurs' 50th anniversary. The Spurs, who now call AT&T Center home, last played at the Alamodome in Game 4 of the 2002 Western Conference Semifinals.
