Russia vows to challenge IPC’s blanket ban for Paralympics

Russian Paralympic Committee president Vladimir Lukin has suggested that the International Paralympic Committee’s (IPC) decision to block Russian athletes from competing at the Rio 2016 summer Paralympic Games was “politically motivated” as he vowed to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
