German commercial broadcaster RTL recorded strong ratings yesterday (Tuesday) during the international friendly match between Germany and Belgium, while French commercial broadcaster TF1 attracted eight million viewers for Monday’s Uefa Euro 2024 qualifier between France and Ireland.
RTL recorded an average 8.2-per-cent audience share during Germany’s 3-2 home defeat against Belgium. The second half of the match was watched by 7.39 million viewers, with an average of 6.5 million fans tuning in across the 90 minutes.
