Brand valuation consultancy firm Brand Finance has named Real Madrid as the world’s most valuable football brand for a fourth consecutive year.
According to the 2022 edition of the Brand Finance Football 50 report, the Spanish club’s brand value increased to €1.5bn ($1.6bn), up by 19 per cent on last year, placing it ahead of Manchester City at just over €1.3bn and Barcelona at just under €1.3bn in the standings.
