Real Madrid has hailed its status as one of the few European football clubs to turn a profit during Covid-19, as the LaLiga outfit also reported a rise in revenue in its financial results covering the 2021-22 season.

Real’s financials for the period ending June 30, 2022, which will be submitted for approval at its ordinary general assembly on October 2, exclude expenses relating to the ongoing extensive redevelopment project for its Estadio Santiago Bernabéu.
