Investment group Tiger Global is reportedly in talks to acquire a stake in the Rajasthan Royals, while the Indian Premier League cricket franchise has also announced a partnership with Saudi Arabian city development project Neom.
The Economic Times newspaper, citing two people with knowledge of the matter, reported that New York-headquartered Tiger Global is seeking to invest around $40m (€37m) in the Royals, with the deal “nearly complete”.
