PyeongChang Organising Committee for the 2018 Olympic and Paralympic winter Games (POCOG) president and chief executive, Lee Hee-beom, has said construction has been completed for all competition and non-competition venues, as the Korean county aims to stage the most athlete-focused edition of the event.
