Prosecutors raid headquarters of France 2023

The headquarters of the organising committee for the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France have been raided by French police as part of an investigation into mismanagement at the organisation.

It comes after France 2023 chief executive Claude Atcher was sacked last month following the conclusion of an investigation into the workplace culture he oversaw at the local organising committee (GIP).
