English Championship football club Preston North End has agreed a deal for Clearview Home Improvements to become its first-ever sleeve sponsor.

The deal will cover Preston’s FA Cup games and has been signed ahead of the club’s third-round tie against Premier League outfit Norwich City tomorrow (Saturday).

Clearview Home Improvements, which is based locally in the town of Leyland, will benefit from exposure on the club’s LED system and in the match-day programme.

Preston’s head of commercial partnerships, Stephen Hobin, said: “This is a great example of a bespoke targeted campaign with a well-respected local brand that will benefit not only from the TV exposure on our famous shirts, but also from a considered marketing campaign in the build-up to the fixture through the club’s official channels.”

Preston’s main shirt sponsor is gambling company 32Red, which partnered with the club in June 2018. The club, which sits 10th in the Championship, does not currently have a back-of-shirt sponsor.
