PGA Tour aligns with Qualtrics to improve fan experience

The PGA Tour has entered into a multiyear partnership with Utah-based data and analytics research firm Qualtrics in a deal designed to elevate the fan and player experience at tournaments.

As part of the agreement, the PGA Tour will leverage Qualtrics’ experience management (XM) platform to analyze fan, player, and partner feedback across multiple channels and act on real-time insights to improve the tournament experience in regards to ticket purchase, transportation, food and beverage operations, and the on-course experience.
