The Pakistan Cricket Board has commissioned market research company YouGov to estimate the value of naming rights for its major stadiums as it looks to increase its revenue streams.
PBC chairman Ramiz Raja told ESPN Cricinfo that one of the venues under consideration is Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The 27,000-seat ground was named Lahore Stadium when it was built in 1959 but was renamed after former Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi following his support for Pakistan developing nuclear weapons.
