Telco Optus has acquired the exclusive media rights in Australia for the 2023 Fifa Women's World Cup, which is being jointly hosted by the country and New Zealand.
The most significant matches for Australian viewers will be shown on free-to-air television via a sublicensing deal, with a broadcasting partner that is yet to be announced. There will be one free-to-air match per day including all Australia matches and other key matches.
