O’Donnell appointed Nascar COO, Kennedy promoted

Nascar has promoted Steve O'Donnell, the United States-based stock car racing series' executive vice president and chief racing development officer, to the role of chief operating officer.

In his new position, O’Donnell will continue to provide oversight of all Nascar competition and racing operations, while adding track operations and strategic development to his remit. All Nascar-owned track properties, track presidents, and respective events fall under O’Donnell’s responsibilities.
