NYCFC reaches deal to build 25,000-seat stadium in Queens

Major League Soccer's New York City FC are finally poised to have a stadium they can call their own after reportedly reaching a deal to build a 25,000-seat, soccer-specific facility in the Willets Point neighborhood of Queens.

According to the New York Times, the stadium will be part of a 23-acre mixed-use development, which will include a 250-room hotel and 2,500 units of housing.
