The National Women’s Hockey League has named Minnesota-based ice hockey uniform manufacturer K1 Sportswear as the league’s exclusive jersey supplier in a three-year partnership.
As part of the agreement, K1 will also supply jerseys for all special events and the NWHL All-Star Game. Terms were not disclosed.
Notably, the company will prioritize an all-female team to manage and execute the NWHL business.
“K1 Sportswear is honored to be the exclusive uniform supplier for the NWHL and to be a major contributor in the advancement of girls and women’s hockey,” said Tony Fisher, the owner and president of K1 Sportswear.
“The entire K1 team has worked extremely hard to earn this incredible opportunity, and we take tremendous pride in continuing our tradition of offering the highest quality uniforms coupled with unparalleled commitment to our customers,” Fisher said.
