NWHL doubles salary cap, delays Montreal expansion

The National Women’s Hockey League has announced it will double its salary cap from $150,000 to $300,000 per team for the 2021-22 season.

It means salaries will average $15,000 based on 20-player rosters, ranging between $10,000 and $35,000.
