Italy’s antitrust regulator, the Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (AGCM), will not impose precautionary measures on Telecom Italia’s (TIM) contentious agreement with sports subscription service and media company DAZN for domestic broadcast rights to football’s Serie A.
The AGCM opened an investigation into the matter on July 8, a move which prompted TIM to defend its agreement with DAZN.
