NHL to receive German free-to-air coverage via ProSieben Maxx

ProSieben Maxx, the Germany-based free-to-air commercial channel, has acquired rights to the National Hockey League.

The deal, which begins on February 27, will grant ProSieben Maxx rights to one regular-season game per week. The agreement also includes the Stanley Cup playoffs and finals.
